The RBCC Olympic Sprint Team comprised Luke Davison, Mark Woodhouse and Luke Cridland.  The team qualified second fastest with a time of 57min 3sec, behind the Wagga Wagga club.  Later in the evening the boys lined up for the final and scored a silver medal in this inaugural event with a time of 57min 0.067sec.

Luke Davison's performance in the U13 Scratch race was outstanding just missing out on fourth place.  In the U13 Handicap, Davison rode exceedingly well, finishing in the bunch.  Mark Woodhouse and Jonathon Cridland were not able to qualify in the U15 Pursuit but tried their utmost best.  Luke Cridland qualified 10th in the U17 Pursuit just missing out on the semi-finals but being a 1st year U17, his performance was much better than some of the 2nd year U17's.  Luke Davison competed in the U13 Elimination race and scored a 2nd place, riding up the front all the way.  Luke Cridland came 5th in the U17 Men's Consolation Scratch Race.

The main event of the evening was the exciting Atlantis Relocations Madison race.  Luke Cridland from RBCC teamed with Tyler McLachlan from the Southern Cross club to form the Sydney South U17 Madison Team.  After a grueling 80 laps of the velodrome circuit Luke and Tyler won the bronze medal, just missing out on the silver by 1 point.

The four boys performance was excellent and were cheered on by their families Pat Ballesty, Gai Cridland. Peter Davison, Ken and Mrs Woodhouse plus Helen and Fred Vella and Brad & Lionel Cox.

Thanks to Helen Vella, Club Secretary,  for this report.
