Saturday PM - Graded Road Race 36km. Two loops of an 18km circuit, mostly low grade with a couple of short pinches to sort out the bunch.  Start and finish at the Forest Reefs Tavern so good carbo loading  recovery assured!!  NB:(Orange club has approval to conduct road races on this 18km circuit)
